| Z-R016 is an affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti human Vps34 antibody. The main application for this is as a primary antibody for Western Blot at 2.5 µg/mL concentration. Z-R016 works well with immunoprecipitated hVps34 (Fig.1 above) or partially purified hVps34. The anti human Vps34 antibody has also been validated for use with whole cell lysate (refer to Fig.2 in TDS file) and immunostaining1. Antigen: Residues 407-420 of human hVps34 (PIK3C3, Class III PI3-Kinase). For immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, we recommend using Anti-hVps34 antibody, cat # Z-R015. Concentration 0.50 mg/mL Formulation Antibody is formulated in 100 mM Tris-HCl, 100 mM glycine, pH 7.5, and 50% glycerol. |
