| The extra large sized DNA ladder is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments from 250 bp to 25 kb. The 14 bands of the ladder contain fragments with the following sizes: 250bp, 500bp, 750bp, 400bp, 5k, 1.5k, 2k, 2.5k, 3k, 4k, 5k, 6k, 8k, 10k, 25k. For easy reference on agarose gels, the 1kb and 1.5kb bands are much brighter than the other bands in the ladder. The recommended amount of size marker to load on an agarose gel is 0.52 µg per lane (5 µl). CONTENTS 52 µg/500 µl STORAGE -20 oC for long-term storage. Stable for 6 months at room temperature and 12 months at 4 oC. |
