The 100 bp DNA ladder is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments from 100 bp to 3 kb. The 12 bands of the ladder contain fragments with the following sizes: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 3000 bp For easy reference on agarose gels, the 500 bp and 1.5 kb bands are three times brighter than the other bands in the ladder. The recommended amount of size marker to load on an agarose gel is 0.54 µg per lane (5 µl). CONTENT 54 µg/500 µl STORAGE -20 oC for long-term storage. Stable for 6 months at room temperature and 12 months at 4 oC.
