| Name Elite™ Fluorescent Membrane Potential Dye Kit Description The Fluorescent Membrane Potential Dye Kit allows both end-point and kinetic measurements of intracellular cAMP change with a FLIPR, or a fluorescence microplate reader. Application The kit can be used in cell based assay of cAMP-PDE or GPDR compounds. It is ready to scale up for high throughput screening of GPCR compounds using the GPCR stable cell lines.
