| Name Elite™ Calcium Dye Non-Wash Assay (Green Fluorescence) Description This kit allows homogeneous measurement of intracellular calcium change caused by activation of G-protein coupled receptors or calcium channels (voltage-gated and ligand-gated). The assay involves only one step of dye addition and does not require any washing steps. Application The assay can be conveniently performed in a 96-well or 384-well microtiter-plate format and easily adapted to automation.
